SHORT TERM RENTAL PROGRAM
- This program is designed for rentals up to 12 months.
- Reservations are required. Vehicles must be reserved 5 business days prior to delivery.
- 50% security deposit is required at time of reservation along with a signed Rental Contract.
- Payment in full is due on or before delivery.
- All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the rental or deposit is non-refundable.
- Gas vehicles will be delivered with 1/2 tank of gas or 3.5 gallons. We ask that the vehicle is returned with at least 1/2 tank of gas or 3.5 gallons otherwise a fuel expense will be charged at the current fuel price per gallon.
- Customer may extend rental period but availability is not guaranteed. Please contact Rental Manager for availability.
- Damages to vehicles during rental period are the customers responsibility and will be billed to the customer at our normal parts and labor rate. It is the customers responsibility to note any damages on the rental contract at time of pick up.
- Certificate of insurance naming "Jeffrey Allen Inc., PO BOX 1520, Bradenton, FL 34206" as additionally insured is required.
